Don’t take it from me…
“For a long time, I avoided looking at my finances. I would log in to my bank accounts if I absolutely had to, but I always assumed I was doing everything wrong, my finances were a mess, and for some reason I thought it was better if I just avoided looking at them.
I feel so lucky to have met Cole and to have gotten the opportunity to work with her. It was exactly the gentle accountability and consistent support that I needed. After the very first call, a Spending Staredown, I learned that keeping track of my spending was neither as time consuming nor as intimidating as I realized.
And after six months of once-a-month calls with Cole, I feel so calm and confident. I now have habits that will serve me exponentially over the years to come. I have automatic recurring transfers to my savings and investment accounts, goals for a giving plan. My ambitious goal this year was to save $10,000 in an emergency fund, and I've already saved more than $15,000, and the year's not even over. I feel confident and calm, and I no longer feel like my finances are a mess. Hiring Cole was one of the best financial decisions I made in 2021. Work with Cole!”

“There wasn’t any better way to start the year. I reached out because I was feeling helpless when it came to my finances. I come from a financially insecure home, and I was never taught how to be financially responsible. Though it was so scary reaching out to Cole, I knew I had to. I’m so glad I did. By the end of our conversation, we had an action plan of what to work on and how to save better. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by how much I was spending, I felt hopeful and excited for the future. Cole even sent me articles that she had written that were relevant to me, personally. I would highly recommend Cole’s services to anyone!”

“Doing a Spending Staredown with Cole was not only super informative by giving me visibility into how I'm spending my money, but I also found it incredibly helpful as a way to uncover areas where I felt shame about spending "too much." Sometimes I was spending a lot less that I thought I was, and being able to let go of uncertainty (and the shame) was a weight off my shoulders. Cole also created a monthly framework that I can use myself going forward to keep track of my spending. I would definitely recommend doing this exercise with her -- I feel set up for success!”

“Working with Cole, was an eye opening experience that prompted me to start making smart financial choices. Not having much knowledge on how finances work, how to invest, or even keep track of my day to day spending, Cole, was able to provide me with a foundation of understanding how to better manage my finances. I grew up in a LatinX household, and speaking about money around family was a taboo topic. I grew up with this idea that speaking about finances should be kept to yourself. I was even afraid to look at my bank statements, but Cole made it simple and easy. I can’t wait until I talk with her again!”
